Recently Telikom PNG & PNG Pawa have enabled their clients to pay their respective bills via the net using e-pay. Sounds good. You don't have to stand in line or waste time going to the centre to pay. However, payment requires to be made via Credit Cards,American Express,Visa,Master cards which 99% of normal working class citizens dont have. Also common is the high internet access rates and bills plus the technical hiccup ever present. The Governmet of the day doest see that the future of the country and development lies in the ICT sector.
